Refund policy
In effect from 21 October 2026
We want Crowdboard to be worth what you pay. If it isn't, you can have your money back: ask within 14 days of any payment and we'll refund it in full, whether it was a first payment, a renewal or an Event pass. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Write to support@crowdboard.app from the email on your account, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you.
- Or ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can look up the order with your email address.
Paddle.com is our merchant of record, so Paddle makes the refund, to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Taxes charged on the payment are refunded with it.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time, which stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After 14 days we don't refund the rest of a period, with two exceptions: if we take away something important from a paid plan (see the terms), or if Crowdboard was unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side. Then write to us and we'll refund a fair share.
When we may refuse
We may refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse, for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or where an account was closed for breaking the terms. That never limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Your legal rights
In some countries, including those in the European Union and the United Kingdom, consumers have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. This policy gives you at least that, and doesn't take away any other rights the law gives you.
