The survey game for teams and events
Guess what the crowd said.
Crowdboard turns any TV into a game-show board. Two teams face off over survey answers, and everyone buzzes in from their own phone. There's no app to install and nothing to set up.
Free for up to 6 phones. No card needed.
On your phone? The host deck runs on a laptop.
Name something people do in their first hour at work.
Ready in a few minutes
Everything runs in a web browser: the host's laptop, the TV and the players' phones.
- 1
Pick a game
Draw one from 977 ready-made questions in 14 topics, from world geography to shipping, or write your own.
- 2
Put the board on a TV
Open the board on any screen with a web browser. It follows the host's laptop and shows each answer only when someone finds it.
- 3
Let the phones buzz
Players scan the code on the TV, pick a team and buzz in. The fastest tap wins, timed on a shared clock so a slow connection doesn't decide it.
Everything a host needs
A question bank that doesn’t run dry
977 questions in 14 topics, including surveys built on published polls. In a tournament no question comes up twice, even across games.
Your own questions
Write games by hand, make topics for your company or event, and move them between computers as files.
Fair buzzers on every phone
Players join with a four-letter code, with nothing to download. A synced clock decides who was first, and each phone shows the board as answers are found.
Run it from your pocket
Walk the room with the host remote on your phone, and hand a scorekeeper phone to a helper for the Lightning Round.
A Lightning Round to finish
Two players, a ticking clock and five quick questions, with every answer and its points revealed on the board.
Made for teams
Sign in with a code sent by email, invite other hosts, and give each one the Owner, Admin or Host role.
Made for a crowd
Office socials and team building
A quick game that gets every department talking and laughing together, in the office or on a video call.
Conferences and company events
A big-screen break between sessions, with the whole audience buzzing from their seats.
Parties with family and friends
Game night on the living-room TV, with no cards or buzzers to buy.
Free to start, simple to grow

Questions people ask
Do players need an app or an account?
No. Players open a link or scan the code on the TV, type a name and pick a team. Only hosts sign in.
What do I need to run a game?
A laptop for the host deck and a TV or projector for the board, each in a web browser. Phones are optional: without them, the host marks who buzzed first.
Can we play over Zoom or Teams?
Yes. Share the board's window in your call, and players buzz in from their own phones. Each phone also shows the board as answers are found, so someone who can't see the shared screen can still follow along.
How many people can play?
Any number can watch and shout answers. Up to 6 phones can buzz in on Free, 20 on Pro and 40 on Team.
Which languages does it speak?
The app and the built-in questions are in English for now. Your own questions can be in any language.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, and you keep your plan to the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
