Billing questions
- Who takes the payment?
- Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes the payment, adds the right sales tax or VAT for your country, and handles invoices, refunds and billing questions.
- Which currency are the prices in?
- US dollars. Paddle can show the price in your local currency at checkout, and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes: ask within 14 days of any payment for a full refund. The refund policy has the details.
- What happens to my games if I go back to Free?
- Nothing is deleted. Games and topics beyond the Free limits become read-only until you upgrade again.
- Can my company pay by invoice?
- Yes, on yearly Team and Enterprise plans. Tell us about your team, or write to support@crowdboard.app.
